Research of readiness of pedagogical workers for innovations

چکیده
The purpose is empirical research of the interdependence variables and construction factor structure readiness pedagogical workers for innovation. Research methods: theoretical analysis generalization, valid test methods with standardized questionnaires, analysis. innovative activity has been determined using ANOVA Varimax rotation. most significant interdependencies researched relationships were established at statistically level (p ? .01; p .05). innovations united five main factors. It found that F2 “informational readiness”, which positively correlated F1 “motivational operational F3 “sense F4 “procedural readiness” F5 “distat-resulting preparedness”. expedient to implement acquired knowledge into program reforms development primary secondary education. a specific type innovation an implementation algorithm requires further attention.
